Starting with an in-depth consultation, Garey gets to know you, your style, and your dreams for your hat. 

Your personal aesthetic will guide Garey to take inspiration and make suggestions for the perfect design.  Hand-selected materials, from luxurious rabbit and beaver furs to vintage fabrics and unexpected trimmings, bring the vision into reality. 

The creation process takes shape over hours of intricate handcrafting. This is Garey’s time to add those special touches, artful details and finishing refinements that make a Hull & Sons hat a truly one-of-a-kind piece and ready to live its life of adventures.
